We are looking for businesses that serve mission critical sectors like the NHS and healthcare, data centres, defence, financial services, or major sports and entertainment venues. The supply chain serving these markets also qualifies.
Size
Between £250k to £5m EBITDA as a guide.
Profile
UK-based, owner-managed, profitable and privately held.
Owner Readiness
The owner is planning a full or majority exit, either now or on a defined timeline they've already started to think about.
